Team Notes
  • UW held Iowa to just six points in the fourth quarter, the fewest points the Hawkeyes have scored in a quarter this season.
  • Wisconsin scored 54 points in the game, its second lowest total of the season.
  • The Badgers shot just 22.2 percent (4-18) from 3-point range, tying for the second lowest this year.
  • UW went 6-of-7 from the free throw line, the second fewest attempts this season while tying for the second fewest makes.
  • The Badgers shot 85.7 percent (6-of-7) from the free throw line, their second-highest shooting percentage of the season.

Individual Notes
  • Senior Nicole Bauman went over 1,000 points for her career with her first bucket of the game. The 5-10 guard scored a layup with 6:14 to play in the first quarter to put the Badgers up 10-8. Bauman finished with 16 points to up her career total to 1,014 points. She is the 24th UW player to record 1,000 points in a career.
  • Bauman led the team in scoring for the ninth time and scored in double digits for the 12th time this season with a team-high 16 points.
  • Senior Dakota Whyte continued her double-figure scoring streak, finishing second on the team with 14 points. The 5-8 guard has scored in double figures in 10 straight games, a season-high for a Badger player this season.
  • Whyte went 4-for-4 from the free-throw line marking the sixth time she shot 100 percent from the courtesy stripe this season. She also notched a career-high two blocks.
  • Wyhyte played in 100th career game in the Cardinal and White tonight. She is the second Badger to hit 100 career games this season, joining teammate Michala Johnson.
  • Senior Tessa Cichy returned to the court after missing the last four games with an illness. In her return, Cichy played 14 minutes and had one rebound and one assist.
  • Junior Avyanna Young led the Badgers in rebounds for the fourth time this season, grabbing a team-high seven boards. She came three points shy of her season high (15 points against Northern Illinois) with 12 points.
  • Young tied her best shooting percentage of the season with a .667 percentage from the field on 6-of-9 shots from the field.
