  • Senior Dakota Whyte scored a career-high 31 points, shooting career bests of 11-of-20 from the field. She also tied her career best with five 3-pointers while attempting a career-high 11 triples. The 5-8 guard also added five rebounds, two assists and three steals while recording only one turnover in 39 minutes of play. It was the most points for a Badger this season.

  • Wisconsin recorded 10 turnovers, its fewest since tallying 10 vs. Maryland on Jan. 20.
  • Badgers had a season high 26 3-point attempts.
  • UW's 26 rebounds were the fourth lowest on the season.
  • The Illini took 53 field goal attempts, which ties for second on the opponent game lows for the season. It tied Purdue for the fewest attempts by a Big Ten opponent this season.
  • Illinois' 10 3-pointers made ties an opponent high this season. Maryland also made 10 triples on Jan. 20.
  • For the 13th time this season, the Badgers were outscored by more than 10 points in a quarter as the Illini outscored Wisconsin 25-7 in the second period.
