Wisconsin sits in 25th place after day two
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Wisconsin men's and swimming and diving team began the NCAA Championships in Indianapolis looking to build upon a strong Big Ten meet. After day two of competition at the IU Natatorium, the Badgers sit in 25th place.
Wisconsin started the meet with a 19th-place finish in the 800-Free relay. Dominik Mark- Torok, Nico Butera, Yigit Aslan and Chris Morris hit the wall in 6:28.35 on Wednesday night.
On Thursday night, Taiko Torepe-Ormsby represented the Badgers in the 50 free, placing 10th with a time of 18.81 to earn All-American honorable mention.
The 200 free relay consisting of Torepe-Ormsby, Andrew Benson, Ben Wiegand, and Chris Morris checked in with an 18th-place finish in 1:16.46 to finish off night two.
