Wisconsin Athletics is proud to offer Ticket Forwarding, as a FREE service and a benefit for being a season ticket holder for volleyball, football, men’s and women’s hockey, men’s and women’s basketball, and wrestling.
Ticket Forwarding, a convenient way for season ticket holders to electronically send season tickets to a friend or family member, will ensure season tickets do not go unused just because the season ticket holder is unable to attend an event. Ticket Forwarding offers mobile ticket delivery, including Apple Passbook delivery, so patrons can receive their tickets conveniently on their smart phones.
Can I Use Ticket Forwarding?
You must be a season ticket holder for volleyball, football, women’s hockey, men’s hockey, men's basketball or women’s basketball in order to use Ticket Forwarding to forward your individual game ticket(s) from your season ticket package.
In order to effectively use Ticket Forwarding, you must have your patron number or e-mail address associated with your online account and password. If you are the recipient of the tickets, you need a valid e-mail address and an online account on UWBadgers.com.
If you are selecting Print-At-Home delivery, you will also need Adobe Acrobat and a computer printer. If you do not wish to receive your ticket(s) via Print-At-Home delivery, you may choose to have your ticket(s) held at Will Call at the venue, select mobile ticket delivery or Apple Passbook delivery. Apple Passbook delivery requires the iPhone Passbook application, and is only available for iPhone devices running iOS 6 or later. iPads do not support Passbook regardless of iOS version.
To log-in to your account click here. If you have trouble logging into your online account, please contact the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Monday – Friday).

Does a Ticket Forward Offer Expire?
Once the ticket forward offer is extended, the recipient must claim the tickets within 48 hours. Season ticket holders may forward tickets up until game time; however, the recipient should pay attention to when the delivery method for their tickets cuts off prior to the start of the event. The entire forward (offer and acceptance) must be completed prior to the start of the event.
What Happens to my Original Tickets once the Forward has been Accepted?
Your original tickets are no longer valid for admission. Any individual presenting invalid tickets for admission will be denied entry into an event.
Why Can I Not See My Tickets Available to Forward?
Only season tickets are eligible to be forwarded using the Ticket Forwarding service. Single game/match tickets are not eligible to be forwarded using the Ticket Forwarding service.
If you have previously posted your tickets for sale on StubHub, please remember that you must DELETE your listing from StubHub, and not just DEACTIVATE your listing, for your inventory to appear for you to forward your tickets.
