2023: Started 16 games for Wisconsin, leading all Badger defenders in goals (2), points (5), and shots on goal (5). Scored against conference opponents Northwestern (09/19) and Penn State (10/29). Named to the Big Ten All-Conference Second Team in his first NCAA season.
Prior to Wisconsin: Hailing from Iceland, Baldvinsson is another player who brings international experience to the Badgers. He played for the KA Youth Team, which included European qualifiers, and was named his team's MVP in 2019. He also played for the Iceland youth national team and appeared in the 2017 European qualifiers. Chose Wisconsin because "it has an excellent soccer team combined with outstanding academics. It was the perfect fit for me just can´t wait to get started".
