MADISON, Wis. -- Is there a better way to increase your football knowledge than by learning from the best coaching staff in America? Of course not. Couple that with the opportunity to support a tremendous charity like Susan G. Komen and you have the ingredients for a great night.
That's what the Badgers' annual Football 101 Get Adobe Acrobat Reader for Women offers. This year's event is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22 from 5-9 p.m. at Camp Randall Stadium. Tickets to the event are $90 per person with all proceeds benefitting the South Central Wisconsin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen. Space is limited so reserve your spot early as this event always sells out.
Football 101 for Women includes on-field coaching and drills by UW Head Coach Paul Chryst and the assistant coaches and players, X's and O's talk with coaches, a Football 101 T-shirt and a reception in the UW Field House. There will also be a silent auction for participants to obtain tickets to a UW football game. Another highlight of the evening is the behind-the scenes tour of the fantastic facilities at Camp Randall Stadium and the McClain Center including the football locker room and players' lounge.
