Student Positions:
UW Athletics Guest Services event staff members work Badger games, UW Events, concerts, WIAA state tournaments, and other special events held in UW Athletics facilities.
UW Athletics Guest Services staff provide excellent customer service and assistance to over 1.6 million guests who attend games and events in our facilities annually.
The Primary duties of Guest Services staff include staffing the seating entrances, answering questions, assisting with guest issues, assisting ADA guests, and providing exceptional customer service to our fans.
Guest Services staff work many of the events held within our athletic facilities including football, volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s hockey, WIAA state tournaments, concerts, UW Commencements, and other athletic department hosted events.
There are additional opportunities to work as an athletic department facility tour guide.
