- Member of the UW Athletic Board from 2008-12
- Donated $1 million which helped build the Ron Leafblad Family Football Team Suite
- Established the Ron and Diane Leafblad Family Scholarship Fund, providing scholarship support to a student-athlete on the Badger football team
- Donated to the Letters and Science Career Initiative Fund (SuccessWorks) in 2016
- Donated to the 150th Anniversary Campaign for Alumni Park in 2014
