MADISON, Wis. -– Beginning with this weekend’s inaugural Big Ten home series at the Kohl Center, Fox Sports Wisconsin will air eight more Wisconsin men’s hockey games this season. Those games will also air on tape delay on Wisconsin Channel.
All eight games airing on Fox Sports Wisconsin will see play-by-play announcer Paul Braun returning to the booth for his 40th season calling Badger hockey on the radio and on television. Rob Andringa will help call the action this weekend, while Mike Cerniglia and Barry Richter will split the analyst duties with Andringa the rest of the season.
Wisconsin Channel will see Robb Vogel on play-by-play, with Ron Vincent, Ian Perrin and Theran Welsh providing color throughout the season.
All games on Wisconsin Channel concurrently stream online at wpt.org/watch.
The addition of these eight games brings Wisconsin’s live regular-season television coverage to 24 games. That is in addition to its games at the 2014 Big Ten Tournament in March. That means 19 of UW’s remaining 24 regular-season games will be televised.
