Wisconsin’s run ends early at the ITA Regionals
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Badgers concluded their run in the ITA Regionals after closing out the singles bracket with three wins.
Chase Colton and Gabriel Huber started off the day strong in the main draw consolation, defeating their opponents, Boris Spaniaard and Paul Gota, respectively, in straight sets.
Lenard Soha, Scott Sculley, and Jared Pratt each walked away from their competition with three-set wins. Soha defeated Ohio State's Andrew Lutschaunig, Sculley beat Notre Dame's Connor Fu, and Pratt conquered Western Michigan's Kennosulke Nouchi, which allowed the three Badgers to advance to the second round in singles play.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Wisconsin men's tennis team found success in the doubles bracket in the second day of the ITA Regionals, recording five wins on Friday.
The efforts of senior Chase Colton and freshman Scott Sculley allowed them to advance to the third round in the main draw. The duo went 2-1 on the day, beating Green Bay's pair of Satchel Benn and Lachlan Napier and Valpo's Franklin Brozovich and Andrej Kalenic.
The No. 11 seeded duo of sophomores Jared Pratt and Lenard Soha also moved along to the third round, knocking out Notre Dame's Matthew Che and Conor Somers after having a bye in the first round.
Juniors Robert Krill and Martim Vilela collected a win in the first round, defeating the pair Perez Plaza/Suler, as did the freshman Gabriel Huber and Robin Parts, conquering University of Illinois at Chicago's Luiz Dos Santos and Pelle Strandberg.
The Badgers will continue the competition on Saturday in the singles bracket.

The sophomore was off to a solid start, defeating both his competitors, Green Bay's Ivan Radomirovic and Western Michigan's Arjun Honnappa, in straight sets.
Nuznhy will move on to play Notre Dame's Paul Gota on Friday.
