Head Coach Mark Johnson
On Friday's game:
"I like the way we played most of the game today. The third period was one of the better ones of the weekend. You get challenged and we were fortunate to get a power play there in the 2nd period and we capitalized to make it 1-1."
On Cassie Hall's performance:
"She's skating really well. She scored a couple nice goals last weekend but she's doing some things that we have asked her to do and she's executing where she is cutting into the offense… She's in more of a leadership role than she was last year and she has gotten herself off to a nice start."
Cassie Hall
On the depth that Wisconsin has:
"I think it just shows what kind of team we are and how we can overcome it. And when we work together, it just shows how, like how far we can get, and we have depth all the way down our line chart."
Up Next: The No. 1 Badgers head back on the road Friday, Oct. 9, and Saturday, Oct. 10, to Columbus, Ohio, to face the No. 2 Buckeyes. Fans can tune in to B1G+ to watch, or listen live on Fox Sports 1070 AM.
