2019: Started all 22 games of her senior season, a crucial member of Wisconsin’s defense as the Big Ten Defender of the Year, Second Team All-American, All-Big Ten First Team, and First Team All-North Region recipient. Recorded a total of 2043 minutes, which ranks second on the team for highest minutes played. Had a career high in assists, logging three assists this season. Got off 10 shots and three shots on goal. Was named TopDrawer Soccer Team of the Week following her assist against Michigan (10/3).
2018: Key part to Wisconsin's defense...started all 22 games for UW...scored once at Minnesota (10/13) the second goal of her career...logged two assists, one against Portland in Seattle (9/2) and the other at Indiana (10/5)...got off four shots including three on goal.
2017: Started all 22 games. Ended the season with six shots, four on goal. Scored her first career goal versus Drake (9/7). Recorded one assist in round one of the NCAA Tournament versus Toledo (11/10).
2016: Played in 20 matches, starting in all 20 ... helped anchor the Badgers' backline in her first season with UW ... accumulated 11 shots throughout the season with three on goal ... played 1,409 minutes in total on the season .. tallied a career-best two shots against Michigan in the Big Ten tournament on Oct. 30, including one on goal.
High School: Biegalski joined the Wisconsin program from Illinois, where she played for club Eclipse Select. In addition to soccer, Camryn has competed in basketball and track. Biegalski has been invited to the ECNL Player Development Program the past three years. She was an ECNL National Championship qualifier in 2013 and NSR Gold Cup champion in 2012. She helped her basketball team win a conference championship as a freshman at Glenbard East.
Personal: Biegalski was an honor roll student at Glenbard East High School in Lombard, Illinois. Camryn's parents are Jim and Lisa Biegalski. She has three siblings, Chase, Cailyn and Claire.
Head Coach Paula Wilkins: "Camryn comes from the Eclipse Select in Illinois, which is one of the best clubs in the area. She is a great athlete, can get up and down the flank and is capable of attacking out of the back. She has the mentality that she wants to create from the back and we are excited about what she will bring to Wisconsin. She is a good one-v-one defender, is strong in the air and will do very well in our back line."
