Student Men's Basketball Tickets
Experience Wisconsin Basketball from the heart of the Kohl Center student section. UW-Madison students can purchase season ticket packages, winter break game tickets, and manage their tickets through their online student ticket account.
Student Season Tickets
Men’s basketball student season tickets go on sale to all degree seeking undergraduate, graduate and professional students in mid-September (date TBD).
Tickets will be sold online at UWBadgers.com. Additional student ticket information will be available in early-September.
Mobile vouchers will be delivered approximately two weeks before the season begins to the email address associated with the student ticket account.
Accessible Seating & Accommodations
Student season tickets are not seat-specific. Students requiring accessible seating should purchase student season tickets and request wheelchair-accessible seating when entering through the student gate.
Additional disability-related accommodations may be requested in advance or through Guest Services near Section 119 at the Kohl Center.
Winter Break Student Tickets
Students remaining in Madison during winter break may purchase student tickets for winter break home games.
Winter Break student tickets go on sale Thursday, September 25 at 7:30 a.m. CST.

Winter break student tickets are reserved-seat tickets located within designated student seating areas. Students may purchase up to two (2) tickets per game.
Know Before You Go
Student Gate Entrance â–¾
- Enter through the Student Gate located between Gates A and B.
- The student entrance opens 90 minutes before tip-off.
- Your mobile voucher will be scanned and exchanged for a reserved-seat game ticket.
- Students wishing to sit together should enter the gate together.
- No exchanges are permitted after tickets are issued.
- Students may be required to present a valid UW–Madison student ID.
Mobile Student Vouchers â–¾
Download your voucher before arriving and add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Students can access and manage tickets through the Wisconsin Badgers App or their online ticket account.
Mobile vouchers should be downloaded before arriving at the Kohl Center to ensure smooth entry.

Unable to attend a game? Use Ticket Transfer to send your ticket to a friend via text message or email at no additional charge.
Kohl Center Entry & Carry-In Policy â–¾
Doors open 90 minutes before tip-off.
Permitted:
- Bags no larger than 8.5" × 11"
- Clear totes up to 12" × 6" × 12"
Prohibited:
- Backpacks
- Bags larger than 8.5" × 11"
All bags remain subject to search. Walk-through metal detectors are used for entry screening.
Arrival Recommendations â–¾
- 90–45 minutes before tip-off: Minimal wait times
- 45–25 minutes before tip-off: Moderate delays
- 25 minutes to tip-off: Longest entry delays
Students are encouraged to arrive early for the fastest entry experience.
Accessible Seating (ADA) â–¾
Accessible seating is available for students at the Kohl Center.
Students should purchase season tickets and request wheelchair-accessible seating when entering through the student gate. Additional accommodations can be coordinated through Guest Services near Section 119.
