Welcome to Camp Randall Stadium!
We hope you enjoy your visit to our historic stadium which has recently undergone a major renovation to make the game day experience more enjoyable for all of our fans!
If we may be of service, please stop by our Guest Services Center under Section YZ in the south end zone concourse. If assistance is needed immediately, please look for a Guest Services staff member who will be wearing a bright yellow vest.
Tickets and Seating for People with Disabilities
1. Accessible seating at Camp Randall Stadium is located on the east side fifth level concourse and in the south end zone.
- Individuals with disabilities may purchase two tickets for accessible seating (one accessible seat and one seat for a companion), if available. It is recommended individuals contact the Athletic Ticket Office prior to game day.
- Individuals with temporary disabilities may exchange tickets for one accessible seat and one companion seat, if available prior to game day.
- Individuals who received a ticket from a source other than the McGinnis Family Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office and need an accessible seat should contact the Athletic Ticket Office.
2. An accessible ticket window at the Athletic Ticket Office main lobby is located inside of Gate 1 of Camp Randall Stadium off of Monroe Street.
Accessible Drop-offs and Transportation
3. Accessible drop-offs can be made at the corner of Regent Street and Breese Terrace; University Avenue and Breese Terrace, and on Monroe Street near Gate 1. Golf carts and wheelchairs can be requested from Guest Services staff for transportation to a seating area in the stadium.
- No secure wheelchair storage is available at Camp Randall Stadium. Individuals who need assistance are strongly encouraged to allow Guest Services staff to help them to their seats.
Entrance and Getting Around
4. Accessible entry to the stadium is available through Gates 1, 3, 7 and 10.
5. Passenger elevators for individuals with disabilities or who have difficulty walking are near Gates 1 and 3 on the east side of the stadium. Elevator #4, which is near Gate 3, and Elevator #7, which is near Gate 1, are the designated game-day elevators for individuals needing assistance. The elevators access the third and fifth levels.
Wheelchair Seating Locations
6. Wheelchair and companion seating is located on the east side fifth level concourse and in the south end zone. Folding chairs will be provided by Guest Services staff upon request.
7. There are 72 Camp Randall Suites and more than 900 club seats (Buckingham Club and Varsity Club). The premium seating areas include wheelchair seating spaces as well as some removable seats to enable a guest in a wheelchair to watch the game. Accessible restrooms are located near each suite and club seating area.
Restrooms
8. All new restrooms are accessible. Family restrooms, which are accessible, are located in the east side fifth level, the south end zone and the west third level concourses. The family restrooms include flushing floor drain urinals and diaper changing stations.
Concessions
9. Concession stands with accessible service and condiment counters are available throughout the stadium.
Assistive Listening Devices
10. The entire Camp Randall seating area is served by assistive listening devices, an FM system. Individuals may pick up headsets at the Guest Services Center under Section YZ in the south end zone concourse. Individuals who would like to use an ALD must leave some form of collateral, such as a driver's license or credit card, at the Guest Services Center while using the ALD.
Messages/Emergency Info
11. Message and video boards are located at both the north and south ends of the stadium to relay general information and messages which are being broadcast over the public address system.
12. In case of an emergency, strobe lights will help alert hearing-impaired guests. Emergency messages will also be posted on the Camp Randall Stadium scoreboards.
13. Areas of Rescue Assistance (where guests who are unable to use stairs may remain temporarily to await assistance during an emergency evacuation) are located at Elevators 4, 5, 6, and 7 on the east side of the stadium.
14. Copies of the Camp Randall Stadium Accessibility Guide are available at Camp Randall Stadium in the Guest Services Center under Section YZ (on game days) and at the Welcome Center in Kellner Hall (Monday-Friday).

I am very pleased with the success of the University's efforts to ensure full access to persons with disabilities in the design and planning of the Kohl Center. I believe that we've set a new standard for accommodation and I'm proud that the Kohl Center will be a model for other facilities across the nation. If we may be of service, please stop by our Guest Services Office in the Kohl Concourse near Section 119, our Guest Services Stands at Gates A and C, or at our Gate B Reception Desk.
Entrance, Tickets and Getting Around
1. Street level entry to the building is through Gate A off Dayton Street or Gate B off East Campus Mall between the Ticket Office and Bucky's Locker Room.
2. Ticket windows are inside the Gate B entrance of the Kohl Center. A lowered ticket counter is available. Copies of the accessible ticket policy are available at the McGinnis Family Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office.
3. Automatic door opener and accessible directory is at Gate B.
4. Passenger elevators with priority for persons with disabilities are near Gates A and B.
5. Wheelchairs are available to help people get to their seats.
Restrooms
6. The 28 public restrooms and seven family restrooms are accessible and all contain diaper-changing stations. Two of the restrooms are in the Nicholas-Johnson Pavilion.
7. The 28 public restrooms have sinks, urinals and toilets featuring touchless faucets and flush valves. The family restrooms have floor-mounted urinals.
Concessions
8. All concession stands are accessible. Most also have a lower counter section.
9. Public drinking fountains in concourse areas are the hi-low accessible style. They are available in Sections 113, 117, 205, 211, 219, and 225.
Assistive Listening Devices / Interpreters
10. The seating area is served by assistive listening devices; an FM system. Individuals may pick up headsets at the Guest Services Office near Section 119 and must leave some form of collateral, such as a driver's license or credit card while using the ALD.
Individuals may arrange for sign-language interpreters by calling Guest Services at (608)263-7894 or by e-mailing Ben Fraser at brf@athletics.wisc.edu. Please allow a minimum of two weeks advanced notice for this service.
Seating/Wheelchair seating locations
11. Wheelchair and wheelchair companion locations are scattered throughout the street level concourse (Kohl Concourse or 100 level), and the upper level (Kellner Concourse or 200 level).
12. Season or individual game reserved accessible seating in the 100 and 200 levels may be available (based on availability) for UW basketball and UW hockey.
13. There are 36 luxury suites. Each suite includes an accessible restroom and removable seats in the viewing area to enable a person in a wheelchair to watch an event.
14. The Nicholas Suites are located on the Kohl Concourse inside Gate A and are available to the public on an event-by-event basis. The three spacious suites are fully accessible. The Kohl Center's catering kitchen provides food and beverage service. These suites do not include restrooms, but public and family restrooms are nearby and accessible.
Messages/Emergency Info
15. Two message boards are at opposite sides of the bowl to relay general information and messages, which are being broadcast over the Public Address system.
16. In case of an emergency, strobe lights will help alert the deaf and those who are hard of hearing. Emergency messages will also be posted on the Kohl Center scoreboard.
Misc. Info
17. The locker rooms and star dressing rooms on the lower level feature accessible showers, sinks and toilets.
18. All of the work areas are accessible to wheelchair users. Work areas include: courtside media seating, press boxes, scoreboard operation, etc.
Parking
19. Lot 87 and the front row of Lot 91, adjacent to the Kohl Center, is reserved for season and day-of-event accessible parking (subject to availability). Additional accessible parking spaces are in nearby lots.
