Four Badgers have won five national titles
Morgan McDonald won the 2018 NCAA Championship on his home course, crossing the line in 29:08.5.
Simon Bairu won individual titles in 2004 and 2005, leading the Badgers to the team title in 2005.
Tim Hacker won the 1985 NCAA individual championship and led Wisconsin to the team title as well.
Walter Mehl won the 1939 NCAA championship, leading the Badgers to a second-place team finish.
