Wisconsin Athletics is committed to preparing student-athletes to win now and beyond through our Badger Built program. Badger Built is a comprehensive approach to student-athlete personal development and was created for the future of college athletics.

We look at the full life cycle of a student-athlete: before, during, and after their time at Wisconsin. Each student-athlete strives to reach their personal best through an Individual Development Plan (the Badger Built Blueprint). Whether your future is in professional sports or running the boardroom, we leverage the expertise and support of our staff, alumni, campus, and community partners to help you reach your ultimate goals.

THE BADGER BUILT BLUEPRINT

The Badger Built Blueprint is the tool that brings the student-athlete’s personal development journey to life. Just like your favorite streaming platform, you can select what you want, when you want, and watch it how you want.

Features of the Badger Blueprint
  • Uniquely crafted for the student-athlete, by the student-athlete, aligning with their needs, goals, and aspirations.
  • Optimizes delivery during non-championship seasons.
  • Resources at their fingertips. Access to a curated suite of resources and services, delivered flexibly to meet the student-athletes where they are.
  • Each student-athlete will have a Badger Built Blueprint Manager to guide them on their journey, providing valuable insights and support and to help evolve their blueprint with their changing needs.
