Connor Boushon

    Volunteer Assistant Coach
Connor Boushon joins the Wisconsin cross country and track and field coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach during the 2018-19 season. Boushon will work primarily with the UW women’s cross country squad and the women’s distance runners during the track and field season.
 
For the past three seasons, Boushon served as an assistant cross country and distance track coach at Incarnate Word. Under his guidance, 29 UIW school records were broken and his athletes earned seven first-team All-Southland honors. He also was the program’s director of operations for the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons.
 
Boushon began his coaching career at McFarland High School in 2014 where he was an assistant coach for both the cross country and track teams.
 
A native of Madison, Boushon competed for Edgewood College in cross country and track and field from 2008-2012 and served as team captain from 2010-2012. He earned an English degree from Edgewood before completing a Master’s degree in communications at Incarnate Word.
