Jared Thompson, the Badgers' College Scouting Coordinator, moved into a full-time role after starting his work with the Badgers as a recruiting student assistant in 2021. Thompson also worked with the offense as a student assistant coach during the 2022 season and slid into a recruiting and player personnel assistant role in 2023.
