Katie Holzer joined Wisconsin Athletics in the Fall of 2022 as an Account Manager, where she oversees multiple teams and plays a key role in coordinating their travel logistics. Originally from the small town of Paullina, Iowa, Katie earned her undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and went on to complete her graduate degree at the University of Central Missouri.
Her passion for athletics began during her time at Iowa State, where she worked as an equipment manager supporting various teams. Over the years, she has built a diverse professional background that includes roles in hospitality, serving in Communications for the Missouri Highway Patrol, as well as a memorable summer with the Kansas City Royals in 2018. Katie now resides in Utah with her husband, Jonathan and enjoys skiing, camping, and fishing in the mountains!
