Logan Samuelson joined Wisconsin Athletics and the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association as Director of Development in 2024. In this position, Samuelson will work to help strengthen relationships with current donors while also looking to connect with new supporters.
Prior to joining the Badgers, Samuelson served as the Director of Development with Kansas Athletics focusing on major gifts, capital projects and their exclusive athletics giving society. Before his time at KU, Samuelson spent a few years with the University of Iowa Center for Advancement where he was an Assistant Director of Development on the Regional Gifts team. He would travel all over the southeast region fundraising for the greater University of Iowa.Samuelson holds both a Master's Degree ('20) and Bachelor's Degree ('18) from the University of Iowa in Sports Management. He competed for the University of Iowa from 2015-2018 as a member of the swim team. He is married to Jo (Jekel) Samuelson who also swam for the University of Iowa and is originally a Madison, Wis., native.
