Pat Lambert

Lambert enters his second season in 2024 as the Badgers' director of recruiting. Lambert had spent the previous two seasons holding the same position at Cincinnati, helping the Bearcats emerge to new heights and send a group, the program’s largest ever, to the NFL in 2022.
Since joining the Badgers in January 2023, Lambert has led the recruiting efforts that have brought in talent across the board for UW. Wisconsin's 2024 recruiting class ranked 23rd according to 247Sports after the Badgers' transfer portal haul ranked 13th nationally entering the 2023 season.
Prior to joining the Badgers' staff, Lambert returned to Cincinnati in 2018 as a graduate assistant after playing safety for the Bearcats from 2008-2012. He coached safeties and served as the strength and conditioning coach at Ohio Northern from 2014-2017.
