What is Badger Fan Rewards?
Badger Fan Rewards is a free rewards program for all fans. Members earn points by participating in eligible Wisconsin Athletics activities, including attending select events, engaging with content in the Badgers app, making qualifying purchases and completing interactive activities. Points can be redeemed for available rewards and experiences.

What sports can I earn attendance points at?
During the 2026-27 season, fans can earn attendance points at eligible Wisconsin Women's Hockey and Women's Basketball home games. All Badgers fans can join and participate in other available earning activities. The program is anticipated to expand to additional Wisconsin Athletics events in future seasons.
Is there a Badger Fan Rewards mobile app?
Badger Fan Rewards is available inside the free Wisconsin Badgers app. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open the Badgers app, tap Rewards in the bottom navigation menu and select Join Now.
How do I earn points at concession stands or Bucky's Locker Room?
Before paying at a participating location, let the staff member know that you would like to scan your Badger Fan Rewards QR code. Open Badger Fan Rewards and select View ID to display your member QR code. The code must be scanned as part of the qualifying transaction.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Most points appear within 30 minutes. Fans can review their point history by opening Badger Fan Rewards and selecting More, then Activity. If qualifying points do not appear after allowing time for processing, email uwbadgers@fanmaker.com.
What if I forgot my login information?
There is no password to remember. Open the Badgers app, tap Rewards in the bottom menu and enter the email address associated with your Badger Fan Rewards account. Fans should use the same email address associated with their Paciolan ticket account. Follow the secure sign-in instructions sent to that email address and check your spam or junk folder if the message does not arrive.
What if I forgot to check in at an event?
If your Badger Fan Rewards account is not connected to your Paciolan ticketing account, an event check-in is required to earn attendance points. If you believe you completed the attendance requirements but did not receive credit, email uwbadgers@fanmaker.com with your account email and event information.
How many points do I receive for attending an event?
The number of points awarded varies by event. Some events may be worth more points than others. Bonus points may be available for arriving early, staying through an event, attending multiple events during a specified period or completing other special promotions. Review the event listing in Badger Fan Rewards for the current point value.
How do I earn points for attending a game or match?
Fans whose Badger Fan Rewards accounts are linked to their Paciolan ticket accounts automatically earn attendance points when their tickets are scanned at the gate. Fans without a linked account can open Badger Fan Rewards at an eligible event, enable Location Services for the Badgers app, select the event and follow the check-in prompt. Check-ins must be completed from the event location during the eligible check-in window.
How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed through the Badger Fan Rewards marketplace. Open Prizes, review the available rewards and required point values, then follow the redemption instructions for your selection. Rewards may include clothing, merchandise, concessions, memberships, ticket opportunities and exclusive Wisconsin experiences.
Can I transfer points to someone else?
No. Badger Fan Rewards points are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another account.
Are Badger Fan Rewards Points connected to my Annual Giving and Priority Points?
No. Badger Fan Rewards points are not connected to any Annual Giving and Priority Points. Available through the Wisconsin Badgers app, Badger Fan Rewards offers fans the opportunity to earn points for attending games, purchasing concessions, completing trivia and surveys, catching up on news and watching videos. Once points are earned, fans can then use points toward eligible prizes, including discounted concessions, fan experiences and behind-the-scenes opportunities.
Is Badger Fan Rewards connected to Badger Connect?
No. Badger Fan Rewards is not connected to Badger Connect or a Badger Connect Membership. Available through the Wisconsin Badgers app, Badger Fan Rewards offers fans the opportunity to earn loyalty points for attending games, purchasing concessions, completing trivia and surveys, catching up on news and watching videos. Once points are earned, fans can then use points toward eligible prizes, including discounted concessions, fan experiences and behind-the-scenes opportunities.
