- Olympic festival team captain and silver medalist in 1995
- Graduated as the career record holder for double-doubles (61), assists (5,833), and single-season assists (1,653)
- Held the all-time UW career assist record (5,833) for 25 years
- Ended career ranked in the top 10 for assists, service aces, digs, block assists, total blocks, and double-doubles
- Eleven-time All-Tournament honoree
- Aided the Badgers to three NCAA tournament appearances, including a Sweet 16 and top-ten finish in 1996
- Led the Badgers to the 1995 NIVC National Championship
- 1995 NIVC National Championship Most Valuable Player
- Played two years professionally: one season with the Wisconsin Fury in the National Volleyball Association and one season for Volco Ommen in the Netherlands, winning the Dutch National Cup
- Served as an Assistant Coach at Michigan State during the 1999 and 2000 seasons
