First Round Badger Men's Golf Invitational

Arkansas-Little Rock and Toledo are tied at eight under 280 after the first round of the 54-hole Badger Men's Golf Invitational at University Ridge in Madison, Wis. The teams will complete 36 holes of play Saturday, with the tournament concluding with a final round on Sunday.
Illinois' Garrett Chaussard tied the collegiate course record to lead the first round with a five-under 67. Alan of Murray of Toledo is a stroke back, and Wisconsin's Jon Turcott is one of five tied for third with a three-under par 69.
