Stone To Announce First Recruiting Class Live on uwbadgers.com

Join Badger Coach Lisa Stone as she announces her first recruiting class LIVE in a video streamed internet news conference Wed., Nov. 12 at 4 p.m. Stone will unveil her class and also take questions from fans and media via the Badger Chat software on uwbadgers.com. Stone anticipates signing a recruiting class of five to seven players.
To view the news conference, simply logon to uwbadgers.com, then click on the multimedia button in the top black navigation bar. To ask a question of Coach Stone during the news conference, click on the Badger Chat icon and type your question. She will answer as many questions as possible during the half hour news conference.
You must have Real Player loaded on your computer to view the news conference. The live video stream will later be archived under the red bar multimedia button on the women's basketball page.
The Badgers open Stone's first season at Wisconsin tonight with an exhibition game with Minnesota State University, Mankato at 7 p.m. Probable starters include junior guard Stephanie Rich (11.6 points, 3.1 assists); 6-5 center Emily Ashbaugh (8.9 points, 5.6 rebounds); 5-8 sophomore Ashley Josephson (7.6 points, 2.0 rebounds); 6-3 junior Ebba Gebisa (7.3 points, 4.1 rebounds); and 5-11 sophomore Kjersten Bakke making her first collegiate start.
