Wisconsin Rowing Banquet Scheduled for April 26

The 2003 Wisconsin Crew Banquet is set for April 26 at Exposition Hall in the Alliant Energy Center of Dane County.
The banquet, which regularly attracts 500 people, will honor members of the current UW rowing teams, as well as the IRA champions from 1972'75. The festivities begin at 6 p.m. with a social hour and silent auction. Dinner begins at 7 p.m., with award presentations running from 8:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Put on by the Wisconsin Rowing Association and three Wisconsin rowing teams, the banquet follows the Midwest Rowing Championships held the same day on Lake Wingra at Vilas Park in Madison.
