Badger Invitational Suspended Due To Inclement Weather

Due to poor course conditions caused by heavy rain throughout Friday afternoon, only 13 holes were played in the first round of the 2003 Badger Invitational.
Held at University Ridge in Verona, Wis., play began with a 1 p.m. shotgun start, but was soon suspended for over an hour due to rain. Play began again at 3:40 and continued until dusk, but was again suspended due to rain. The remaining first-round holes will be played Saturday, Sept. 13, starting at 8 a.m., followed by a shotgun start for round two.
Live results available on golfstat.com will be unofficial until the completion of round one. Following round one, UWBADGERS.COM will provide a scoring summary and results of the Wisconsin men's and women's golf teams.
