The UW Athletic Department is pleased to announce that a limited number of hotel rooms are available at the Wisconsin team hotel for this weekend's NCAA Men's Basketball Regional in Syracuse, New York. Rooms are available at the Genesee Grande Hotel for Thursday, Friday and Saturday at a rate of $129/night. Please contact that UW Athletic Department at 608-262-8009 to make your reservation. Requests will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
The Genesee Grande Hotel is located in walking distance from the Carrier Dome and in the heart of Syracuse's historic University Hill neighborhood. The hotel is surrounded by vibrant businesses, shops and attractions that include: Syracuse University and The Carrier Dome (just four blocks), Armory, Hanover and Clinton Squares, The OnCenter, local museums, theater and music venues, and Carousel Shopping Center. The Genesee Grande provides complimentary shuttle service to and from Syracuse Hancock International Airport, just 10 minutes away.
The Wisconsin men's basketball team will play North Carolina State at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, N.Y. on Friday, March 25, in the Syracuse Regional. The game will tip off at 6:27 p.m. CT. Tickets are $90 each and include two games Friday and one game Sunday, March 27. A limited number of tickets remain for donors and season ticket holders.
