Wisconsin Swimming and Diving 2007-2008 Schedule Announced

The Wisconsin swimming and diving teams kicks off its 2007-08 schedule with a meet against UW-Green Bay in Green Bay on Oct. 5.
The Badgers then return home to host two meets; one against Iowa on Oct. 11 and one against UW-Milwaukee on Oct. 12. The SMU Classic in Dallas, Texas on Oct. 26-27 is up next for the women's squad.
On Nov. 2-3, both teams head to Arizona to compete against the Wildcats. At the 2007 NCAA Championships, Arizona's women's team placed second and the men 's squad finished third.
Next, UW faces Northwestern, Michigan and Notre Dame in Evanston, Ill. on Nov. 16-17. The Badgers then travel to Austin, Texas to participate in the Texas Invite on Nov. 29- Dec.1.
After a few weeks off, Wisconsin takes on Hawaii in Honolulu on Jan. 12. The Big Ten Quads duals are up next for UW in West Lafeyette, Ind. on Feb. 1-2.
Wisconsin will host an opponent yet to be determined at the UW Natatorium on Feb. 8.
The women head to the Big Ten Championships in Columbus, Ohio on Feb. 21-23, with the men competing in the men's Big Ten Championships one week later in Ann Arbor, Mich. on Feb. 28- Mar. 1.
The women then travel to Minneapolis on Mar. 1 for the Go-Pher It Invite and the men compete in the Go-Pher It Invite on Mar. 8. Badger divers compete in the NCAA Zone Diving Championships on Mar. 14-16 in Columbus, Ohio.
The women's NCAA Championships will take place in Columbus, Ohio on Mar. 20-22, and the men's NCAA Championships will take place in Federal Way, Wash. on Mar. 27-29. The US Diving National Championships will occur on April 13-20.
