Coming off of an impressive season-opening win, the University of Wisconsin men 's swimming and diving will look to continue its success as it takes on Iowa in a Big Ten dual meet Friday night in Iowa City, Iowa. The meet will take place at the Field House Pool at 5 p.m.
The Badgers have never lost to the Hawkeyes during head coach Eric Hansen's time at Wisconsin, compiling a perfect 6-0 record. Last season Wisconsin defeated Iowa 175-125.
Wisconsin enters the meet with momentum as it took down UW-Milwaukee last Friday in its season-opener. The Badgers downed the Panthers 154-65, winning all 12 events in the process.
Senior Scott Rice (Des Moines, Wash.) and junior Derrick O' Donnell (McFarland, Wis.) each won two races on the evening. Rice won the 100-yard butterfly in a time of 50.07 and the 200-yard IM in a time of 1:55.67, while O'Donnell captured first in the 100-yard backstroke with a mark of 51.06 and the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 59.35.

For his performance, Percevecz was recently named the Big Ten Diver of the Week. This is the second Big Ten honor of his career. He also was named the league's top diver for the week of Oct. 9, 2007.
The Badgers also got a big contribution from its highly-touted, and ninth-ranked, freshman class.
