
Round three of Memphis Intercollegiate rained out, Badgers finish 11th

The final round of the 2008 Memphis Intercollegiate was canceled on Tuesday due to inclement weather. All scores and results from Monday's opening rounds are final, meaning the 56th-ranked University of Wisconsin men's golf team finished in 11th place at the par-72, 7,334-yard Colonial Country Club in Memphis, Tenn.
Seniors Tyler Obermueller (River Falls, Wis.) and Dan Zimmerman (Verona, Wis.) were the top Badger golfers as both tied for 33rd in the 90 player-field.

The men's golf team will be back in action Oct. 24-26 when it travels to Wilmington, N.C. for The Landfall Tradition.
