MADISON, Wis. – With time running out, the Wisconsin women’s soccer team has the perfect gift for your daughter this holiday season. On Feb. 21, 2010 the Badger women’s soccer players and coaches will host a one-day girl’s winter clinic. The clinic is geared to teaching new techniques, foot skills, small sided games and a chance to meet UW’s coaches and players.
There is a morning and afternoon session split up by age groups, the morning session is ages 6-12 while the afternoon session ranges from ages 13-18. Space for each session is limited to ensure a quality learning and playing environment. With limited space, people are urged to sign-up early to guarantee a spot.
The clinic will be held at the McClain indoor facility connected to Camp Randall that expands over 8,000 square feet of turf. Click on the camps page for prices and more information or contact assistant coach Tim Rosenfeld at tmr@athletics.wisc.edu for information, questions and registration.
