
Lam-Feist named CollegeSoccer360.com Primetime Performer of Week

MADISON, Wis. --After posting seven points in the first and second rounds of the 2010 NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Tournament, sophomore Monica Lam-Feist (Surrey, British, Columbia) was named one of CollegeSoccer360.com’s Primetime Performers of the Week, it was announced Monday.
The midfielder started the tournament off strong, recording an assist in freshman Kodee Williams’ (Toronto, Ontario) game-winning goal to help the Badgers defeat Milwaukee, 2-1, and advance to the second round.
In the Cardinal and White’s second round game against Marquette on Sunday, Lam-Feist scored the Badgers’ two goals in their 2-2 draw with the Golden Eagles. After 110 minutes, the game remained tied at 2-2 and the contest was decided with a penalty kick shootout. Lam-Feist notched a penalty kick goal, however, the Badgers’ fell in the shootout, 5-4, and Marquette advanced to the third round of the national tournament.
Lam-Feist finished the season with three goals and one assist for a total of 10 points.
