MADISON, Wis. -- The University of Wisconsin women’s hockey team will host the third annual “Fill the Bowl” game on Saturday, Jan. 28th, 2012. This year the Badgers will face Bemidji State at the Kohl Center; the puck will drop at 7 p.m.
All general admission tickets are only $1!
The team invites fans to help them in their pursuit to once again break the NCAA attendance record of 10,668 fans which was set at last year’s “Fill the Bowl” event. Check out the video from that game and hear how the overwhelming fan support impacted the Badgers on the ice.
Fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the Second Harvest Foodbank. On top of this, Becker Law Office will donate one dollar to the food bank for every fan in attendance. So, make sure to attend and help support this great cause.
In addition to $1 general admission tickets, there are a number of other great offers available. All UW students will receive free admission with a valid UW ID. Plus, all pre-registered youth and high school hockey teams receive free admission. For information on registering your team, visit the women’s hockey promotion page.
Fans are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to avoid waiting in line on game day. Purchase your tickets today and let’s “Fill the Bowl”!
