Wisconsin to face Florida in NCAA Regional

MADISON, Wis. – The sixth-seeded Wisconsin volleyball team (26-6) will face No. 11 seed Florida (24-6) in the NCAA Austin Regional semifinals at 4:30 p.m. on Friday in Gregory Gym in Austin, Texas. No. 3-seed Texas (27-2) will face No. 14 seed UCLA (25-7) in the other semifinal at 7 p.m.
Semifinal winners will advance to the regional final on Saturday at 8 p.m. for the right to compete in the 2015 NCAA Championship at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska, on Dec. 17 and 19.
Friday's semifinals will be broadcast on ESPN3 with Beth Mowins and Karch Kiraly on the call. The regional final airs on ESNPU. Both matches will also be broadcast in the Madison area on The Mic 92.1 or online through IHeartRadio.
Wisconsin is competing in its third straight regional and is 7-5 in 12 NCAA regional semifinal appearances. The Badgers are 2-5 in the elite eight and have appeared in two NCAA national championships, including in 2013.
General admission all-session tickets are on sale now for $16 for adults or $12 for students and youth. Single session general reserved tickets will be sale on Friday for $8 for adults or $6 for students and youth.
