Opening Statement: "Another great game against Indiana. We played them a couple weeks ago at home and we knew it was going to be a tough, tough game. With the wind it was a battle of halves. They had the wind in the first and we had the wind in the second. Compliment to the guys – for Mark to find Chris and for him to get it outside to Tommy and eventually put it in for the goal was great. There's a reason Indiana is such a good program and they found a way to get back in this game. With the penalty kicks, I felt pretty confident in the type of leadership and goalkeeper that we have. For Philipp to make two saves on the penalty kicks and score is outstanding. Now we're in the final against Maryland which will be a great Big Ten matchup."

On coming out on top despite Indiana's 29 shots:Â "They are very good attacking team and it caused us plenty of issues. We just knew that Philipp was going to have to make a couple saves but that's what playoff soccer is all about. We blocked a lot of shots defensively as well and I thought the guys were resilient and got it done."

Going to Maryland: "Compliment to Maryland on beating Michigan State – that was a great game. They cause a lot of matchup problems for us but it's the Big Ten final, guys are going to find it within themselves to bring their best.
