
Sweet 16 Fan Events set for Wisconsin fans in New York

Pep rally with UW Band, Spirit Squad and Bucky Badger highlight NCAA Fan Events
Fans heading to New York City this week for the 2017 NCAA Men's Basketball East Regional will have a number of opportunities to join fellow Badger fans in celebrating Wisconsin's appearance in the Sweet 16.
The Sweet 16 week tips off with the Badgers' Open Practice on Thursday, March 23 from 1-1:50 p.m. (ET) at Madison Square Garden in New York. This free event allows fans a sneak-peak at the Badgers as they prepare for their Sweet 16 match-up against Florida.
Following the Open Practice, fans are invited to Mad River Grille on the upper eastside for a Badgers Pep Rally. The fun will get underway at 6 p.m. (ET) and will feature the UW Band, Spirit Squad and Bucky Badger. Plus, fans will have a chance to win raffle prizes including a ball autographed by head coach Greg Gard. There will also be other free giveaways, while supplies last. Food and beverage will be available for purchase. The Mad River Grille serves an upscale pub menu and is the perfect spot to catch all Badger games.
On Friday, March 24 start your game day off right by visiting Mustang Harry's for an NCAA East Regional Pep Rally. Join fellow Badger fans for this free pep rally that will include entertainment from the UW Band, Spirit Squad and Bucky Badger. Plus, fans will receive a limited edition t-shirt, courtesy of Under Armour, while supplies last. Food and beverage will be available for purchase. Doors open at 5 p.m. (ET) with the Band and Spirit Squad performance starting at approximately 6 p.m. (ET). Mustang Harry's is one of New York's premium sports bars and is located near Madison Square Garden.
