MADISON, Wis. - Wisconsin women's soccer (`11-2-3 overall, 5-1-3 Big Ten) hosts its last regular season game of the year against Nebraska (8-4-4, 4-1-3) on Thursday night. Thursday night's match will be the annual pink game, where the Badgers will don pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. The Badgers then travel to OSU to close out the season on the road on Sunday at 1 p.m. on the Big Ten Network.

1. MINNESOTA RECAP: Wisconsin headed into the Twin Cities to take on border-rival Minnesota this past weekend. The teams combined for five goals, the first coming from Minnesota in the fourth minute, three coming within fifteen minutes of each other in the second half and the final, and game-winner, coming from Wisconsin's Lauren Rice in the 89th minute. Wisconsin's goals came from junior Dani Rhodes, junior Camryn Biegalski, her first of the season, and Rice.

2. FUN FACT: The Badgers have seven athletes with a game-winning goal in 2018. Senior Emily Borgmann and Rice have three each, while Rhodes, Maia Cella, Grace Douglas, Victoria Pickett and Payton Wesley all have one.

3. SCOUTING THE HUSKERS: The Huskers are ranked 29th in the latest RPI, holding the second-highest RPI ranking in the Big Ten behind No. 27 Rutgers. Nebraska has two girls with double-digit points this season. Savanah Uveges with 18 and Faith Carter with 17. Uveges' come from seven goals and four assists while Carter's come from eight goals and one assist.

4. SCOUTING THE BUCKEYES: Ohio State posts a 7-5-3 overall record and 4-2-3 conference record in 2018. The team started the season on a two-game losing streak before winning three straight. In conference play the Buckeyes have taken down Illinois, Northwestern, Iowa and Michigan State, all with a shutout. The team itself has been shutout twice, coming from a tie and a loss.

5. WE'VE GOT HISTORY:
Nebraska: Wisconsin trails the all-time series with Nebraska, 2-4-2, but haven't played each other since Oct. 6, 2016 where the two teams tied in Madison, 1-1. The Badgers have not lost to the Huskers in the last three contests, shutting out the Huskers 3-0 in both 2014 and 2015.

Ohio State: The all-time series is tied 10-10-7 but the Badgers trail 2-5-4 in Columbus. UW has won or tied four of their last five match-ups.

Bonus: Looking ahead - After the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals are played on the campuses of the top four seeds on Oct. 28, the semifinals and championship game will be played at Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana, for the second year in a row. This year's semifinals and the title game will take place on Nov. 2 (semifinals) and Nov. 4 (championship), with tickets now on sale through the Grand Park web site (grandpark.org).
