1. A LOOK BACK: Following Thursday night's 2-2 tie against Iowa, the Badgers were able to clinch their seventh home and conference win against Nebraska on Sunday. Freshman Emma Jaskaniec recorded her second collegiate goal in the first half of play. In the second half, Cameron Murtha put up the second goal to finish off the game 2-0. The Badgers are now tied for first place in the Big Ten Conference with Michigan.
2. THE NUMBERS GAME: For the second-straight week, the Badgers are ranked in the top-10 of the United Soccer Coaches National Poll as UW checks in at No. 10. The Badgers are also ranked No. 9 in the NCAA RPI Index and No. 15 in the Top Drawer Soccer Poll.
3. WE HAVE HISTORY: Thursday night's contest against Illinois marks the 25th time the two programs have met throughout their history, where the Badgers trail 10-11-4. Wisconsin is currently 3-6-2 in Champaign. The last time these two teams met, UW was eliminated from the Big Ten Tournament following a shootout.
The Badgers lead Northwestern in the all-time series 17-8-2, in which seven of these wins took place in Evanston. In the last contest between UW and NU, the two Big Ten teams ended in a tie after double overtime. The solo goal for the Badgers was scored by Dani Rhodes with an assist from Maia Cella.

5. UP NEXT: The Badgers host their last game of the regular season on Wednesday, October 30 as they play Ohio State. The rescheduled match from September is set for 3 p.m. kickoff and admission is free.
