Wisconsin schedules game with George Mason

Badgers and Patriots will play Thursday at Kohl Center
MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin men's basketball team officially announced that it has scheduled a game against George Mason set for Thursday at the Kohl Center. Tip is set for 6 p.m. (CT) on Big Ten Network.
Wisconsin had been seeking a new opponent after being notified that previously scheduled Morgan State was unable to travel to Madison due to COVID-19 complications within its program.
The Badgers and George Mason Patriots are scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. on Thursday as part of a men's and women's doubleheader at the Kohl Center. The women's game vs. Eastern Illinois is still scheduled for noon, followed by the men's team facing George Mason for the evening time slot.
Tickets for Thursday's game, which had the Badgers originally scheduled to face Morgan State, will remain valid and accepted as normal despite the opponent change.
In accordance with UW-Madison COVID-19 guidelines, all fans attending UW men's basketball games, and all Kohl Center events, will be required to wear masks at all times when inside the Kohl Center regardless of vaccination status, unless actively eating or drinking. For your safety and the safety of others, Wisconsin Athletics asks fans to please stay home if you aren't feeling well.
