MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin women's soccer team wraps up its non-conference schedule this weekend with a pair of games in Wisconsin. The Badgers head to in-state rival Milwaukee on Thursday for a 7 p.m. contest at Engelmann Stadium before hosting Providence on Sunday at noon at the McClimon Soccer Complex.
Thursday's game can be seen online via ESPN+ while Sunday's game will be streamed via Big Ten+.
Admission to Sunday's match is free, but fans should be advised to give themselves extra time to get to the McClimon Soccer Complex due to the Ironman Wisconsin event going on. Walnut Street will be closed, so fans should access Lot 60 from University Bay Drive.

2. BIG HONORS FOR BLOOMER: After posting six saves and two shutouts over the weekend, senior goalkeeper
Jordyn Bloomer was named the Big Ten Co-Goalkeeper of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday. It marks her fourth career goalkeeper of the week honor, which is tied for the most in league history. The Hartland, native, moved into third place in school history in career shutouts with her 29th and 30th career clean sheets.
3. WHAT A CROWD: Sunday's home game against Baylor drew 1,171 fans to the McClimon Soccer Complex, the most fans UW has ever had was 1,450 fans for a 1-0 win over Minnesota on Oct. 8, 2015. UW is one of only five Big Ten schools to have a crowd of more than 1,000 fans at a game this season.
4. STEADY D: The Badgers' defense has been stellar this season, allowing only two goals in six matches. UW's five shutouts are tied for the most in the Big Ten along with Border Battle rival Minnesota. UW senior goalkeeper

5. AGAINST THE OPPONENTS: UW leads the all-time series with Milwaukee 22-5-7 and holds a 9-3-3 record against the Panthers in the Cream City. The two teams met in the 2019 NCAA Tournament, a game UW won 1-0 thanks to a Dani Rhodes goal.
Sunday's matchup with Providence will be the first time the Badgers and Friars have played each other on the pitch.
