Howard named Big Ten Freshman of the Week again
ROSEMONT, Ill. - For the second straight week, freshman Rylee Howard of the Wisconsin women's soccer team earned Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors, the conference announced Tuesday.
Howard continues to pick up steam down the stretch of the season as she found the back of the net in the 74th minute at Northwestern last Friday, marking her third goal of the season and second in the last three games. The freshman from Wildwood, Missouri is on a three-game point streak, and has accumulated eight points over the course of the season.
Wisconsin will remain on the road as it visits Penn State (Oct. 13) and Rutgers (Oct. 16) this week.
