Jaskaniec Named to United Soccer Coaches All-Region First Team

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Continuing to rake in the postseason accolades, Wisconsin women's soccer senior Emma Jaskaniec earned United Soccer Coaches All-North Region First Team honors.
Jaskaniec, the Big Ten Midfielder of the Year, produced her best season on the pitch for the Badgers in 2022. Jaskaniec led the Big Ten in points per game (1.6), and led the conference in points (24) and tied for the lead in goals (10) at the end of the regular season. The product of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin strung together a 12-game point streak, which included an eight-game goal streak.. Jaskaniec was efficient as 10 of her 17 shots on goal into the back of the net, with three of those proving to be game-winning goals.
