Wisconsin Athletics welcomes Sadoff as NIL Athlete Marketing Manager

MADISON, Wis. -- University of Wisconsin Athletics, in partnership with Altius Sports Partners (ASP), has expanded its committment to providing NIL resources for its student-athletes with the appointment of Paige Sadoff as NIL Athlete Marketing Manager. A Wisconsin alumna and most recently the Communications and Event Coordinator at the Donald Driver Foundation and TEAM LAMMI, Sadoff will serve as a daily resource for student-athletes, coaches and staff in support of Wisconsin Athletics' NIL program.

Working alongside Brian Mason, the school's Director of NIL Strategy, and other stakeholders, Sadoff's responsibilities encompass providing daily support for student-athletes, assisting with NIL-related education and training, working alongside compliance staff to uphold regulations and collaborating with external stakeholders to maximize student-athletes' NIL opportunities.

Celine Mangan, Director of Business and Client Strategy at Altius Sports Partners, remarked, "Paige's blend of experience and expertise adds tremendous value to Wisconsin's NIL efforts. Her deep understanding of the student-athlete journey, combined with her skill in navigating the evolving landscape, will greatly benefit athletes and partners alike. Paige excels at connecting with athletes, embracing challenges, and effectively communicating with stakeholders in changing situations."

In her on-campus ASP role, Sadoff serves as an impartial guide, providing support and education to athletes while collaborating with department staff.

She also works closely with Corie Linn, Badger Sports Properties Manager of NIL Business Development, to help execute NIL-related marketing campaigns for both new and established corporate partners through the LEARFIELD Allied+ program, while encouraging greater involvement in NIL initiatives by local, regional and national brands.

This pioneering initiative makes Wisconsin the sole program in the nation with both a dedicated NIL Business Development Manager through LEARFIELD's Allied+ program and an NIL Athlete Marketing Manager through ASP's on-campus program.

"I am incredibly excited to work alongside the Wisconsin Athletics team and contribute to the journey of keeping UW a leader in this incredible new landscape. My goal is to support all athletes in maximizing their potential through NIL opportunities and to create a positive impact within our community. This new space allows me to build lasting connections and forge meaningful relationships, and I am eager to be a part of this transformative period for both our athletes and the university," said Sadoff.

With her background as a former Student Service Coordinator for the Wisconsin football program, where she developed initiatives to enhance personal and academic growth among student-athletes, and her contributions at TEAM LAMMI, where she fostered strong relationships with donors, mission partners, and vendors for events, Sadoff brings valuable insight into the student-athlete experience and a nuanced grasp of the evolving NIL landscape.

As part of UW's ongoing collaboration with ASP, the full-time position is established and managed by ASP, reinforcing Wisconsin Athletics' dedication to exceptional NIL support and athlete opportunities. The goal is to equip UW student-athletes with essential tools, knowledge, and resources to make informed decisions and maximize their NIL opportunities.

"Having robust support in our NIL efforts is paramount, and having someone like Paige, who not only understands our program intimately but also embodies our culture of excellence, is truly invaluable. Her commitment to elevating our athletes' experiences is unwavering. Teaming up with ASP has proven to be a strategic advantage, positioning our program strongly now and for the future," Mason said.

Launched in July 2022, the ASP on-campus program serves as a centralized hub for NIL support across athletics departments. With Wisconsin among participating schools, on-campus ASP staff offer tailored guidance on critical NIL topics. This comprehensive approach equips student-athletes with vital information and opportunities. As the on-campus expands, ASP remains committed to guiding all participating institutions with advisory support and innovative direction.
