UW Athletic Board approves coaches contracts

Six Badger coaches have contracts extended
MADISON, Wis. — The UW Athletic Board met Friday afternoon and approved the following recommendations of the UW Department of Athletics regarding contracts for various sports head coaches:
- Women's basketball coach Marisa Moseley's five-year agreement was extended through May 31, 2029.
- Men's basketball coach Greg Gard's five-year agreement was extended through May 31, 2029.
- Swimming and diving head coach Yuri Suguiyama's five-year agreement was extended through May 31, 2029.
- Men's hockey head coach Mike Hastings' five-year agreement was extended through May 31, 2029.
- Women's hockey head coach Mark Johnson's five-year agreement was extended through June 30, 2029.
- Wrestling head coach Chris Bono's five-year agreement was extended through May 31, 2029.
