91 Badgers named to 2025-26 Fall Academic All-Big Ten team

91 student-athletes across six varsity teams achieve 3.0 GPA or higher

MADISON, Wis. — The Big Ten Conference announced its 2025-26 Fall Academic All-Big Ten team this Wednesday, with a tremendous 91 student-athletes at the University of Wisconsin-Madison achieving the honor.

To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, students must be on a varsity team, as verified by being on the official squad list as of Nov. 1 for fall sports, have been enrolled full-time at the institution for a minimum of 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.

The Wisconsin football team produced 40 such honorees, with women's soccer following with 18. The women's and men's cross country teams are represented by 12 and 10 student-athletes, respectively. The men's soccer team had seven members, while Volleyball rounded out the field with four.

In addition, the following student-athletes were recognized by having 4.0 GPA's.
