Biography
2019-20: Placed fifth in both the 100 breast (1:06.40) and 200 breast (2:23.30) and was a part of the third-place 400 free relay (3:34.00, 52.98 leg) vs. Green Bay (Oct. 4)... placed seventh in the 100 LC breast (1:16.20) and eighth in the 200 breast (2:22.03) at Virginia (Oct. 25)... placed eighth in the 100 breast (1:05.97) and touched at 2:24.23 in the 200 breast at Minnesota (Nov. 8)... finished 19th, setting a new career-best in the 100 breast (1:03.04) and took 20th in the 200 breast (2:18.52) at the NC State Invitational (Nov. 21-23)... placed sixth in the 100 breast (1:06.61) at Hawaii (Jan. 9)... finished sixth in the 100 breast (1:05.82) and eighth in the 200 breast (2:23.38) as well as being part of the fourth-place 200 medley relay (1:46.62, 29.99 split) vs. Northwestern (Jan. 25)... placed fourth in the 200 breast (2:24.48) and sixth in the 50 free (25.01) in the Badger Red/White Meet (Feb. 1)
2018-19: Finished 34th overall in the 200 breast (2:17.89) and 35th overall in the 100 breast (1:03.35) at the Big Ten championships … made Badger debut with sixth-place finishes in the 100 breast (1:06.64) and 200 breast (2:26.07) vs. Minnesota … qualified for 200 breast finals, finishing 19th overall (2:22.36) and 100 breast finals (1:04.61), placing 22nd overall (1:04.61) at the Texas Hall of Fame Invitational … took part in a 200 medley relay fourth-place finish (1:47.48) vs. Hawaii

Personal: Parents are Kim Birchenough and Kim Logie … has a brother, Matthew … enjoys going to the beach, photography, wakeboarding, surfing and spending time with friends … volunteered with Make A Splash, an organization that provides swimming lessons to financially-challenged youth, for three years
