Prep: played for Lake Zurich High School as well as Chicago Magic Academy 2014-2016 and FC United Academy in 2017 ... was part of the National Premier Leagues freshman and sophomore year ... helped his team to the NPL finals in 2014 and 2015 ... named NPL Finals TopDrawer Starting XI in 2015 ... helped team to USSDA Academy Playoffs in 2016 ... well as volunteered at Feed My Starving Children and Santa's Helpers in free time ... was on the academic honor roll every year in high school ... competed in lacrosse and wrestling

Personal: son of Dan and Sue McCurley ... has one brother and sister, Brad, 30, and Katie, 24 ... intended major is Educational Leadership Masters program

Why Wisconsin?
I chose Wisconsin because of the incredible opportunities not only in the classroom to obtain a masters in Educational Leadership, but also because of the culture and attitude on the field to compete and strive to be champions. The combination of these two things is hard to beat, let alone to have at a school such as Wisconsin.
