The University of Wisconsin-Madison Athletic Board is a 25-member board, directed by the Faculty Senate. The functions of the Athletic Board are outline in Chapter 6.26 of the Faculty Policies and Procedures. The Athletic Board advises the Athletic Department and Chancellor, submits reports to and consults with the Faculty Senate and University Committee regarding athletic activities and policies.
