It is your responsibility to inform the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office of any changes in your address. You may change your address online if you have previously registered an account at UWBadgers.com. If you are a season ticket holder in any sport you can register your account online when you order your season tickets at this website.
Once you register your account on line, you can click on My Account and change your address, phone numbers and email address (account log in). Address changes can also be submitted in writing with your signature. Please submit changes on your applications or in a separate letter. Please be aware that address changes will affect the mailing of tickets and applications, so please check each sport's mailing dates for details.
Admissions Policy
The University of Wisconsin Athletic Department requires all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket for football, men's basketball and men's hockey games. The Wisconsin Athletic Department will allow one lap child without charge when attending an event with a ticketed adult. To obtain a complimentary lap ticket, a parent or guardian can request a lap ticket at a Camp Randall Stadium or Kohl Center entrance gate. Tickets (lap or otherwise) are not required for children under age 2 attending regular season athletic department sporting events other than football, men's basketball and men's hockey. The Athletic Department defines a lap child as any child less than 2 years of age. This child must be seated on the lap of the accompanying adult. If you want your infant to have his or her own seat, you must buy a ticket to the event. Car seats, handheld baby carriers, and strollers are not allowed in UW Athletic Facilities.
Duplicate Ticket Policy
The University of Wisconsin Athletic Department is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Tickets are issued and sold only by the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office and its authorized agents. Persons buying tickets from other entities do so at their own risk.
Please handle your tickets with care. If tickets are lost, stolen or left at home, replacement tickets will be issued at the discretion of the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office. Duplicate tickets will be available to season ticket holders, single-game internet orders, mail orders and telephone buyers of record. It does not apply to over-the-counter purchases, since no location record exists for those orders. Washed tickets will be replaced if remaining portions can be recognized and the location can be identified. It is recommended individuals needing replacement tickets contact the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office prior to game day.
In addition, there will be a $10 replacement fee for each duplicate ticket that is reprinted for football, men's basketball and men's hockey events. Season ticket-holders needing to get tickets to friends, family members, business associates or others should utilize Ticket Forwarding, available online at UWBadgers.com. Ticket Forwarding is now a free service and benefit for being a season ticket holder for football, men's basketball and men's hockey.
Exchanges or Refunds
Ticket & parking refunds or exchanges are only granted if an order is not filled. Acceptance of payment does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Refunds will not be made due to a game time or date change. All sales are final.
The Athletic Department is pleased to recognize supporters who make contributions to its program in part by offering donors priority for various ticket, parking and special event benefits. Since such opportunities can vary each year, contributions are non-refundable.
On-Sale Lotteries / Lottery System
Patrons are reminded that the UW Athletic Department utilizes a lottery system for all on-sale dates. For any given on-sale, patrons wishing to participate in the lottery should arrive approximately 1 ½ to 1 hour prior to the start of the sale. For example, patrons should arrive between 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. for a sale that starts at 8:30 a.m.
In addition, patrons should be aware that approximately 15 to 30 minutes prior to the sale, the lottery line will be ended to allow time for the drawing and for re-organizing the line. For example, at some point between 8:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m., the line will be ended for an 8:30 a.m. on-sale. Individuals arriving after the lottery line ends will need to wait until all the lottery participants have been serviced before purchasing tickets.
Re-Entry
Patrons are not allowed to leave a UW Athletics facility and re-enter on the same ticket.
Reselling of Tickets
The University of Wisconsin Athletic Department prohibits ticket purchases by account holders who are purchasing with the primary intent of reselling their tickets. If your account is identified as one with the primary intent to resell, the tickets on your account will be removed and your account will be canceled.
